These swans are in the garden of Salitre (saltpeter) or La Pólvora (gunpowder).
In the early eighteenth century set up a treatment plant for the production of saltpetre gunpowder on the express orders of Philip V: this factory remained in operation until production was moved slowly to the nearby town of Javalí. 16th and 17th centuries. The Pacheco family, related to the Fontes, used this palace as an ancestral home, but only the facade has been preserved, as well as part of the inner construction. The semi-circular arch of the entryway is was from the 16th century, while the upper windows are from the baroque period.
