Perez Casas And Rain.



Yesterday, it was raining almost all day, and today, more rain is expected.
In the picture, street Bartolomé Pérez Casas, one of the trendiest streets of Murcia. About 200 meters full of bars, restaurants and shops at this pedestrian street. Located between Alfonso X "El Sabio" avenue and Constitution Avenue.
About the name of the street, Bartolomé Pérez Casas, (born in Lorca - Murcia in 1873) comment that constitutes one of the most important figures in the Spanish music scene in the first half of the twentieth century, where excelled as a brilliant orchestra director and a splendid composer.
He was Professor of Harmony at the Conservatory of Madrid, member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando and first director of the National Orchestra.
Bartolomé Pérez Casas noted for its work to promote, disseminate and symphonic music education with his famous Philharmonic Orchestra of Madrid, and the creation of his acclaimed suite to my land.
He was the author, in 1908, on the harmonization of the Marcha Real, the official anthem of Spain.
