Stray Cats in Murcia
On August 19, Stray Cats played in San Pedro del Pinatar (a town beach), Murcia. I found this poster on a billboard.
The Stray Cats is an American rockabilly band formed in 1979.
It was separated in 1993 and has starred in a tour of meeting to make money, certainly.

Rainbow Protector: the answer to
It turns out that is a solar protector, which is in the garden of the Old Artillery Barracks. This is very modern and useful.
As I liked the two pictures I had done, I have decided to publish them in two days to enjoy better as well.

Rainbow Protector
What do you think about this image?
An UFO?
A tribunal with 3 chairs?
A giant tennis racket?
...
Tomorrow I'll show you the answer.

No parking meters
In Murcia city, in August, we should not pay for parking on the street.
At least we have one month's pay a little less tax.
A few years ago, most car parks in August, were unoccupied. Today, it is more difficult to find where to park.

Water well
Inside the faculty of the Graduate Institute Cascales, is this water well. It does not contain water, but I liked the photo.
At the core of it, it can be seen on the grounds transport water, so important in Murcia.
In the background of the image, an amphora.

The Eye sees that everything
This is a detail of the Church of Santo Domingo.
I liked the framework created with those two doves inside the circular window. It is somewhat striking.
To the right of the picture, you can see a human silhouette, as if rock art. But only a shadow created by light on the wall.

Segura River
The Segura river on its way through the city of Murcia.
It takes little water, but not until many years ago, was a river of floods in the autumn, with little water and the rest of the year.
Thanks to this river, Murcia is known as the Kitchen Garden of Europe. (La Huerta de Europa)

Gardens at Glorieta de España
In front of town hall in Murcia, are these gardens, with fountains, flowers, etc.. The flowers are changed each season.
The building that is behind the flag, is the former Hotel Victoria, in honor of Queen Victoria.
In its day was the most popular accommodation in the city. For here went bullfighters, artists and celebrities of the era. It was built in 1850 on the old hotel Universal it was originally the hotel Paris. Today is a building of private homes.

Casa Cerdá (Cerdá House) at Santo Domingo Square
This is one of the buildings that I like most of the city. Located next to the Plaza Santo Domingo, near the Trapería Street.
Emphasize high Ionic columns of its facade and the circular temple that crowns the entire building.
Built during the first half of the twentieth century. It was commanded by the building who was then chairman of the commerce chamber.
Today is a private building.
