Look at Me!

For a few days I will comment on a fiesta of Caravaca de la Cruz, at northwest of Region of Murcia: The horses of wine (Los caballos del vino). A fiesta that has been requested to be Unesco's Intangible Heritage.
That fiesta is helding every May 1st and 2nd.

Dandelion

"Taraxacum is a large genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, which consists of species commonly known as dandelions. Acts Murcia

Logo from Actúa Murcia 2019 (May 17th and 18th 2019).
Two stages open to the participation of interpreters: dance, theatre, humor, painting, urban art, music.

Actua Murcia 2019

Last May 17th & 18th 2019, it was held Actua Murcia 2019 (Acts Murcia 2019). A music party during those evening days. Dance groups, music bands (pop, rock), music soloits. At Glorieta de España (near to Town Hall).

Pianos on Streets 2019

Last May 11th 2019, it was held "Pianos en la calle 2019" (Pianos on streets 2019). It is a project of Klavier (private company of musical instruments), organized together with the City Council of Murcia, in collaboration with Clamo Music, organizer of the V International Piano Competition "Región of Murcia" 2019.
This year, 11 pianos placed in different locations in the city of Murcia, where anyone could touch them (registration required). From 11: 00h to 20: 30h (uninterrupted).

Revival

A few years ago (2 or 3 years), this hundred-year-old ficus had to be completely pruned after a few days of strong wind that caused the fall of one of its great branches that, fortunately, did not produce any personal accident.
Now, during spring, it has "revival" again, and it looks really beautiful.

Enjoying Terraces

Last day for Warm Up 2019.

Very good weather to enjoy live music.

Warm Up 2019 Somos Murcia

As I commented in a previous post, WARM UP is the most popular music festival at Region of Murcia.  A note: Warm Up is the acronyms of: we are Region of Murcia
In addition to going through the box office in the enclosure, during the week there are free concerts, and on Saturday and Sunday, 3 stages, and the most important stages,  at  Apostoles Square and Romea Square (in the image). 3 bands on those scenarios.
In the image: Fernando Rubio & The Inner Demons, a very recommended band if you like good rock & roll, american r'n'r (from Cartagena, Region of Murcia).

Warm Up 2019

This is not my best picture but is a way to show the Warm Up 2019 enclosure (behind the fence).
Warm Up is a more than a music festival (a week for music, art, documentary films), although there are 2 main days with live music in that enclosure (May 3rd ant 4th).
6 stages, where there will be dance music, indie music, pop music, pop-rock music. 66 performances during 2 days. This year the main bands and musicians are:

Flowering Arch

May 1st. Labor Day 2019.

As every May the 1st, in Spain and almost the rest of the world, we have celebrated the International Worker's Day. Also at Region of Murcia.
