Last week, I visited the temporary exhibition: Perspective. This exhibition (at the Archaeological Museum of Murcia) "aims to show the procedures under which we studied from the Renaissance perspective, integrating mathematics, optics and physiology of vision. A number of devices have been built by the University Granada following the models of that era to reproduce the process under which the perspective was used, sometimes confusing reality and representation. Part of the exhibition is intended to pictorial illusionism, known as trompe l'oeil, or trompe l'oeil and anamorphosis, part especially attractive for visitors of all ages" (Source MAM).
The first photo, I did it through a lens installed in the exhibition. The second, without a magnifier. The third overview of this picture.
Here, a view of the building.
