For many years this building was the tallest of Murcia. In the basement of this building, you can go to eat at the restaurants out there, you can go to have drinks in several of the pub out there.
About this building I can tell you that:
20th century. It was constructed by the architect José Antonio Rodriguez between 1914 and 1942. It was erected over the patio of the former College of the Annunciation, founded by the Jesuits in the 18th century, and which it maintains part of the cloister inside and the entryway of one of the facades. The former building also housed the Royal Factory for spinning and Piedmont silk throwing. (source: Municipallity of Murcia).
This building is located between the garden of nitrate and the San Esteban Palace.
