Red DragonFly

To comment about this photo, I've been browsing wikipedia, and I found that there are a variety of shapes and colours on this insect. It is a predator of mosquitoes, flies, bees, wasps, spiders ...

This dragonfly posed for me and it bore me to make several pictures from different angles and distances. This picture I took just 10 centimeters from the insect.

Drive-In Cinema

I think that the movie was called "The Moon and the Sea." The problem in this drive-in is that the palm trees that were in the front row would not let me see.

The Passion Continues.

After winning Spain to Australia (68-51) in Basketball, the National Team continues its preparatory route in Valencia, where they will play again with Australia.

The National Spanish Basketball Team is these days in Murcia. In this tour around Spain for the preparation of the EuroBasket 2011 in Lithuania, and they are in Murcia to play against Australia.

In days past the National Basketball Team was visiting the town of Lorca, in solidarity for those affected by the earthquake on May 10, 2011.

With this series of matches will seeks to instill a passion for the National Basketball Team.

Today they play the game against Australia.

Icarus

Seeing this paraglider, I was reminded of Icarus. Maybe, one of these would have been more useful.

Beach And Paragliding.

Thalassotherapy

Although the times I've said things about the MarMenor lagoon, has been on sunbathing, swimming, water sports, today I will talk about its healing properties. Given that the salinity of this lake is higher than the Mediterranean, and the accumulation over the centuries, minerals, MarMenor has made a place for healing problems, mainly related to the joints.

The area where mineral buildup is most noticeable is in the Charcas of las Salinas (the Puntica). Here, just have to take the sludge and applying them in the body. Then dry in the sun. They say that we do this for 9 days. The old people here say they have to do it on odd days, conventional wisdom know.

From this, and after several tests that confirm both the amount of minerals, such as the presence of anions and cations, has to appear thalassotherapy centers (see wikipedia) as Lodomar Thalasso, Thalasia spa marine, and Aguas Salinas.

Meetamorphosis

Continuing the theme of yesterday. One of the facades of the leisure center ZigZag (now ZIG ZAG City). A couple of years had a change of facade and the interior. This change called it: Meetamorphosis, I guess a cross between "meeting", "change" and "metamorphosis" (not about Kafka).

ZigZag Movie Theaters

Zig Zag is an entertainment center which among other things has 10 cinemas. Although personally I think it only worth two rooms, the 9 and 10 (screen size, the sound: Dolby and THX certified). I don't know the ticket price in others places, but here cost: 6,7euros.
