Making Of Paparajotes At The Fair Of Murcia 2011. Feria De Murcia 2011.

In the Huertos (see photo from yesterday) you can eat the most curious dessert from Murcia: the paparajote.
In the picture: the lemon leaves are soaked in the mass, and introduced into hot oil.
