Where is My Nest?

That water bird (not sure if it's a duck or heron) seems as if searching its nest. It is perched above the statue (which is a fountain) of a sardine, in tribute to the Burial of the Sardine.
As I said on Friday, the Segura river is carrying more water than usual, because of controlled flooding.
