Brown Bears

Pair of Iberian Brown Bears. This is the largest carnivore on the Iberian Peninsula (Spain), where it is in danger of extinction (about 120 specimens are distributed by the Cantabrian Mountains and the Pyrenees).
The photo was taken on Terra Natura Murcia, where several specimens were born.
Much more information on wikipedia.

With that few a number, they must be protected at all costs. They're magnificent animals.
