Tasting Healthy Food
Although you can eat traditional tapas during the whole year, at this time, on Spring Festivities time, it is the perfect time to taste typical murcian tapas.
Imge: from left to right. Murcian beer (Ale type); Murcian salad (fresh salad with onion, boiled egg, tuna, black olives and tinned plum tomatoe); Zarangollo (a scrambled egg with zucchini and onion); baked roast potatoes (seasoned with olive oil and pepper).
Delicious!
Here other Murcian tapas from and old post.
