About Murcia
Region of Murcia is located in the southeastern of Spain, between Andalusia (west), Castilia-La Mancha (North), Valencia (East) and Mediterranean Sea (South).

Mercedes Building
On top of that building you can see the Mercedes logo. In the basement of the building, there is a Mercedes Benz dealership.
There is a joke about the owners of these cars: what looks like a haunted castle, and a Mercedes? In which both of them come out ghosts. (I apologize to those owners).
