Dozens of centuries have shaped the garden/orchard of Murcia, although, today, few areas remain like the ones in the image, when 100 years ago it was the usual landscape of that municipality: The garden of Europe.
"En la huerta del Segura" is part of the lyrics of famous Zarzuela "La Parranda" that is the unoficial hymn of Municipallity of Murcia. (huerta=orchard)
