On the left, Nueva Condomina football stadium facade.
That stadium was built outskirts on city of Murcia, where it was planning to built a big mall (that is a reality) and also many households (detached, buildings, duplex, ...) but only the buliding on that background was built. Those occurred during economical crisis of 2008-2009-2010.

Somewhat similar to an arena here that was supposed to generate great retail growth around it.
