The movement gives this photo a very unusual aspect. It is like an abstract painting. Or perhaps that is an alien landing craft?
You actually created a wonderful image! I like the colours of the light.
As for your question regarding the Blue Hall, Pink Hall - no, I didn't use Photoshop. Those were real images. The City Council installed a light machine that changes colour every few minutes.
