This is "Venus in bicycle" by Antonio Campillo Párraga (a famous Murcian sculptor artist that died on 2009). This Venus is located at Cultural Centre of Las Claras, but I don't know if it is a copy of the original that it is located in front of Almudí Palace or it is an original series of sculptures by the author. I like a lot the serenity in the sculptures by Antonio Campillo. I really recommended and I invite to know more about this great artist. It was also an art painter. Info at wikipedia (Spanish)
