Aguilas

 Águilas is a town located at South West of Region of Murcia. It is border to Mediterranean Sea (South) and Andalusia (West).

Although the origin of the town comes from XVIII century, there are remains caves from Neolithic, cave panting and also remains from Romans.

It is a very nice place to visit for their beaches on summer but also on the rest of the year. 

Águilas is well known by its Carnival that has been declared as International Tourist Interest in 2015.

I very recommend to eat prawns from its coast and every fish captured from their fishermen.

The name Águilas means "Eagle" and come from Eagles Crag.
