3000. Achieving a Milestone.
Today is no ordinary day on this blog. With this image, I've reached the magical number of 3,000 posts. To commemorate this milestone, I've chosen a place that exudes permanence: the Monteagudo Visitor Center.
What you see in the photo is a detail of the interior of this centre, which safeguards no less than 5,000 years of history. It's a fascinating space because it literally houses the past beneath its modern architecture; in fact, inside you can see an authentic Iberian settlement (VI B.C to Roman settlement).
The metal latticework in the image, with its organic patterns, seems to connect the centuries of history that lie here with the present. It's the perfect place to reflect on this personal milestone: 3,000 glimpses of our land, from its most ancient roots to the pulse of today. Thank you for being on the other side of the screen with each of your visits and comments!
