Fruit. May'26 Theme Day.

For May, 2026, CityDailyPhoto community has selected "Fruit" as Theme Day.

From Collins Dictionary, Fruit definition: "Fruit or a fruit is something which grows on a tree or bush and which contains seeds or a stone covered by a substance that you can eat."

From Merrian-Webster dictionary: "A fruit is the matured, ripened ovary of a flowering plant, containing seeds and functioning as the mechanism for seed dispersal. Botanically, it includes fleshy structures like berries and drupes, as well as dry structures like nuts and pods."

So, in picture, vegetable fruits (from my little orchard). Green peppers / Bell peppers (Capsicum) and Aubergine / Eggplants (Solanum melongena)
