This is one of the roundabouts in Murcia which has one of the greatest sculptures. His name is Frouida, and it was made by Murcian artist Cristobal Gabarrón.
The first time I saw it, I liked it. I liked it for its colorful, and its so weird. Until now I thought it was a crab, but I've been reading, others thought it was a spaceship. Then I leave the interpretation of the artist.
“With size and name of divinity, which emerges from the waters, the sculpture is the link between past and future, "says Gabarrón-between the legend and the rapid progress that results in the shape of a spaceship that lands on the source of life, to absorb their energy and light, the flash setting, the puzzle that makes the human being to resume its origin and tour tirelessly, again and again, the distance between yesterday and tomorrow.”
