This is the main facade of the former artillery barracks. What you see in the foreground is a sunshade that is missing some pieces. Here you can see how it was in the summer of 2008. (Here another picture of that summer).

Not just some; it looks like it's missing all its lower bars! Sigh… Is it metal? Maybe someone's selling them as scrap. :(
