Windows to Dialogue: Inside CES


 Inside of the Economic and Social Council (CES) in Murcia is notable for its architecture with large windows where it is opened to Segura river, projecting an image of openness and transparency to the public. This space is not only a modern work environment but also the place where dialogue between social partners and the regional administration takes place.
As an advisory body, its main functions are:
Issuing mandatory opinions on draft bills regulating socioeconomic and labor matters.
Preparing reports and studies on its own initiative regarding the economic and social situation of the Region of Murcia.
Serving as a permanent channel for participation between unions, business organizations, and other representative sectors.
