Huertos del Malecón 2026

One of the most popular spots during Feria de Murcia is the 'Huertos del Malecón' area.

The gateway to the 'Huertos del Malecón' at the 2026 Feria de Murcia recreates the historic facade of the Codorníu Palace and once again features a reproduction of the long-gone San Francisco Convent.

Upon passing through this archway, visitors enter the 'Huertos'* grounds, where local 'huertano' (traditional gardener) associations set up their traditional open-air food stalls, a place to sample classic local dishes.

In addition to the culinary offerings, the venue hosts the Region of Murcia Craft Fair, traditional craft workshops, folklore displays, and open-air musical performances at El Malecón garden.

*Huertos means orchards / vegetable patch.
