Views of the Murcian Sky
Even as the fairground lights go out and the rides are dismantled until next September, images like this one preserve the magic of the festive atmosphere. Set up in the Plano de San Francisco area, alongside the Segura River, the observation fairground wheel became a major visual highlight of the city skyline during the celebrations.
Its climate-controlled cabins offered thousands of visitors a unique 360-degree panoramic view, providing a bird's-eye perspective of the Bishop's Palace's Baroque facade, the Cathedral's imposing tower, and the winding course of the Segura River.
